Refund Policy

ApplyNow is a private and independent entity that provides administrative support for visa applications. We are not affiliated with any government agency or immigration authority.

We are committed to providing transparent and fair service to all our clients. Please review the following refund policy carefully.

1. Second Review Opportunity

If your application is rejected due to missing or incorrect information, you agree to give ApplyNow a second opportunity to correct and resubmit the application. During this process, you may be asked to verify your personal details to ensure accuracy.

If the second submission is also rejected for the same reasons, a refund request may be submitted, subject to the terms outlined in this policy. Refunds will not be granted if the issue was due to misinformation or lack of documentation from the client's side.

2. Automatic Refund on Government Denial

A 50% refund may be automatically issued to applicants who submitted their visa applications through this website and were denied by the Canadian Government (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada - IRCC).

3. Cancelation After Submission

Once your application has been submitted, it is understood that ApplyNow has begun processing it within the timeframe stated on our platform.

If you request a cancellation after submission, a non-refundable application service fee of $29 USD may apply. Refunds may only be considered if your application has not yet been submitted to the Canadian Government.

Refunds due to personal changes of plans or voluntary trip cancellations are not eligible.

4. Processing Time and Currency

All transactions are processed in your local currency. Refunds will also be issued in local currency and processed within three business days of an approved request.

Note: Your bank or credit card provider may apply exchange rates upon refund. The amount refunded will be equivalent to the original USD amount paid.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Full name (as it appears on your passport)
  • Passport number
  • The email address used during your registration
  • Reason for your refund request

For multiple applications, please list all names and passport numbers. All refund requests will be reviewed within 72 hours by our support and legal team.
